About the role
At ExionSoft we build web apps, mobile apps, and cloud platforms for startups and growing businesses. QA is part of every project from the first sprint, and you will work directly with engineers and designers rather than at the end of a hand-off.
What you will do
- Write test plans, test cases, and checklists from requirements and designs
- Run manual functional, regression, exploratory, and cross-browser/device testing
- Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes before release
- Build and maintain automated tests for critical user flows
- Test APIs with tools like Postman and review responses for correctness
- Join sprint planning and demos and raise quality risks early
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Solid understanding of the testing life cycle, bug life cycle, and Agile/Scrum
- Hands-on experience writing test cases and logging bugs in Jira or a similar tool
- Experience testing web applications; mobile testing is a plus
- Basic API testing experience (Postman or similar)
- Clear written and spoken English and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and browser dev tools
- Familiarity with CI pipelines such as GitHub Actions
